[ Before we build ]
Clear answers. A better start.
What to expect from the first conversation through delivery and support.
Working together
We build websites, ecommerce stores, custom software, and AI automation systems. We also help improve existing products through design, SEO, analytics, and ongoing maintenance.
We are based in Lahore, Pakistan, and work remotely with teams across Pakistan, the Middle East, Europe, and the US. We agree on meeting times and communication channels at the start of each project.
Yes. A landing page, a focused workflow, or an audit is a useful starting point. We define a clear scope around the problem you need to solve first.
Bring your goals, your existing website or tools, any known bottlenecks, and an approximate budget or deadline. You do not need a polished brief. The initial discovery call is free.
Scope, pricing, and delivery
We provide a written quote after understanding the scope, integrations, and delivery requirements. The proposal explains deliverables, milestones, fees, and assumptions before work starts.
Yes. Ongoing work can cover maintenance, product improvements, automation monitoring, and growth experiments. We agree on capacity, priorities, and support arrangements in the proposal.
Timing depends on scope, content readiness, and integrations. We provide a project-specific schedule after discovery and flag dependencies that could affect delivery.
We discuss the change, explain its impact on cost and timing, and agree on an updated scope before doing the additional work.
Ownership and support
You own the project deliverables as set out in your agreement. Wherever possible, hosting, domains, and third-party tools are set up in your accounts. We provide handover documentation so another team can continue the work.
Yes. We work with tools including Next.js, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, n8n, and GoHighLevel. We review the existing setup before recommending a rebuild or additional software.
We agree on data access, approved tools, and where human review is required. Workflows should use only the permissions they need, with clear failure handling. Any specific security or compliance requirements are reviewed during scoping.
We hand over the code, access, and documentation included in your scope. If you need ongoing maintenance or support, we agree on the coverage and response expectations separately.
