This notice explains how Nexsum Labs handles information submitted through this website. Nexsum Labs is an independent, Lahore, Pakistan-based service business operating under its trading name.

Information you submit
When you send a project inquiry, we receive the name, email address, optional phone number, company name, service and budget selections, and message you choose to provide. We use that information to understand the request, reply, and decide whether the work is a fit.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel, which also produces server and delivery logs. Contact-form submissions are delivered by email through Resend. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and data-processing terms. If delivery fails, the inquiry may also appear in our hosting logs so we can recover it.
Website analytics and resources
The website loads Ahrefs Web Analytics to help us understand visits and improve the site. It also requests fonts from Google Fonts. Visiting a page connects your browser to these providers, which may receive technical request information such as your IP address, browser details, and the page requested. Their privacy policies describe how they process that information.
Cookies and local storage
The site does not set advertising cookies and does not use a cookie banner. The pages we operate do not write to localStorage. Ahrefs Web Analytics and Google Fonts may receive technical request data as described above; your browser settings let you block or clear that activity.
Inquiry information
We do not sell inquiry information or add you to a newsletter merely because you contact us. We do not share inquiry content for marketing without permission.
Retention and security
Unconverted inquiry records are intended to be retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is needed for an active conversation or a legal obligation. We use access controls, provider security features, and reasonable operational safeguards, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
International processing
Because the site and its service providers may operate across regions, submitted information may be processed outside Pakistan. By using the contact form, you understand that processing may occur in the locations used by those providers.
