Workflow design
Process maps translated into node graphs before anything ships.
[ Platform service ]
Self-hosted and cloud n8n workflows using nodes, webhooks, credentials, retries, and integrations for dependable operations.

[ Capabilities ]
The platform and discipline surface we work across — what an engagement can cover when the scope calls for it.
Process maps translated into node graphs before anything ships.
The node library used deliberately — HTTP, code, and app nodes.
Schedule, webhook, and event triggers with idempotent handlers.
Credentials scoped in your instance, never ours.
Retry logic, error triggers, and alert routing built in from day one.
Reusable sub-workflows that keep the graph navigable.
JavaScript function nodes and expressions where visual nodes end.
REST and GraphQL services connected with pagination and rate limits handled.
Mapping, merging, and normalizing between systems.
Execution tracking and the review rhythm that keeps automations honest.

[ Common questions ]
Both n8n Cloud and self-hosted editions are supported. The node-based patterns apply the same way in either environment.
Webhook endpoints use test versus production URLs with the appropriate HTTP methods. Authentication uses Basic, Header, or JWT auth, and access can be restricted with an IP allowlist and CORS rules.
n8n connects to services through built-in, credential-only, and community nodes. When no node exists, the HTTP Request node makes the custom API call with the required authentication.
Error handling and retries are designed into each workflow so failures can recover automatically. Error workflows can use an Error Trigger to route failed executions to a documented recovery path, while monitoring surfaces runs that still error out.
Handoff documentation covers the workflow map, nodes, webhooks, and credentials management. Monitoring and documentation are provided together so the team can extend the implementation safely.

Customer and team assistants grounded in your knowledge base, with lead qualification and clear human handoff rules.
AI API and data pipeline integrations that connect models, business systems, webhooks, and operational workflows, with fine-tuning considered only where the provider and account support it.

Start with lead follow-up, scheduling, onboarding, invoicing, reviews, reporting, and internal handoffs — sequenced by payback and data readiness.
Invoice automation depends on intake, extraction accuracy, validation rules, approval routing, and clean exception handling before accounting handoff.
