CSM Companies turns every truck and branch into a lead-generating landing page
Digital Silk rebuilt CSM Truck's site so that every truck page and every location works as a lead-generating landing page, launching 32 location pages with lead tools on all 318 trucks. The rebuild cut roughly 60 XML sitemaps down to 8 and added 17 live inventory filters.

The client
CSM Companies, trading as CSM Truck, sells and services heavy and medium-duty trucks across six states through 10 operating companies and 32 locations. Its previous site had a fragmented URL structure and thin filter pages, and its truck and location pages were not built to capture leads. Digital Silk rebuilt the site on WordPress around the idea that each truck and each branch should work as a lead-generating landing page.
The challenge
The old site spread one dealer network across a fragmented URL structure and around 60 XML sitemaps full of thin mileage, price, ZIP and horsepower pages, which diluted search performance. Truck listings were not structured to convert, there were no local landing pages for the branch network, and paid campaigns had no matching page to land on. Migrating legacy URLs without losing rankings, and rebuilding conversion tracking for every form, call and download, made the change harder than the redesign alone.
The solution
01Every truck rebuilt as a product
Each truck became a WooCommerce product with a spec sheet, a payment calculator, a request-info form tied to that truck, a save feature, a PDF spec download and click-to-call, so the listing itself works as a landing page and can feed a catalog for dynamic ads.
02A hub-and-branch page hierarchy
The network was organised as a hub, then 10 company pages and 32 location pages. Each location page carries opening hours by department, services, the trucks on its lot and a contact form that routes straight to that branch.
03Landing pages mapped to campaigns
An eight-section sitemap was designed to match Google and Bing campaign structure, geo-targeted social and local SEO, so every model, service or branch has a page to send traffic to.
04A cleaner index and a careful migration
The XML sitemaps were cut from roughly 60 to 8 by removing thin filter-generated pages, legacy URLs redirect permanently to their new pages, and conversion tracking was rebuilt for every form, call and download.

The results
CSM launched a website where every truck and every branch can bring in business. The build has 32 location landing pages ready for Google Business Profiles, local ads and near-me searches, 17 live filters for the inventory, and lead tools on every truck page across 318 trucks at launch. Sitemaps were reduced from about 60 to 8, and the structure now maps directly to paid search, social and local campaigns.
