The client

Uberall helps multi-location brands get found wherever customers search and turn that visibility into store revenue. As it moved into AI-driven local visibility, its site had to capture high-intent demand, educate buyers and serve as a testing ground for messaging.

The challenge

The legacy CMS had become a bottleneck: outdated, hard to connect to the wider stack and slow to ship changes. Simple edits needed cross-team hand-offs, leaving marketing unable to move at the pace the business needed. The site's look had also drifted away from the product it was selling. Uberall wanted a platform and user journeys the old CMS could not support.

The solution

01Platform choice and scope

After comparing WordPress, Framer and HubSpot, Uberall picked Webflow and Flow Ninja, recommended by Webflow, to lead the rebuild. The project covered 300+ pages per language across English, German, French, Spanish and Italian.

02CMS built for ownership

A new CMS architecture removed developer dependencies so the marketing team could publish on its own. Weekly syncs with a five-person client team kept dependencies under control.

03Product-true redesign

The homepage and product pages were refreshed so the visual language finally matched Uberall's technology. This closed the gap between how the platform performs and how the site presented it.

04Audience-specific journeys

New solution, role, use-case and directory pages let each visitor see how Uberall fits their situation. The directory pages became a reference that sales and product teams had long asked for.

The results

Demo requests rose 21.4% in Q1 2026 versus Q1 2025, and inbound leads skewed more upmarket. With Webflow MCP in the stack, less technical team members now ship updates and even use Claude inside Webflow workflows. Launches such as GEO Studio and ad-hoc campaigns went live far faster than before.
