The client

Emergency Assistance Plus (EA+) is a U.S. membership program founded in 1996 that provides emergency medical evacuation and transportation for members at home and abroad.

The challenge

EA+ first asked Siege Media for SEO recommendations and a full blog redesign in late 2024. It returned months later needing a content strategy to lift traffic and search visibility. Low awareness was the core problem: most people don't know emergency assistance services like EA+ exist. The brand needed creative ways to introduce prospects to travel assistance and its other services.

The solution

01Blog redesign and SEO foundations

Siege Media delivered a blog redesign with URL structure, metadata, title tag, image and alt-text recommendations, plus an internal linking audit.

02Product-focused content

The content program targeted cost-driven searches such as life flight, air ambulance and long-distance medical transport, linking awareness directly to EA+'s offer.

03Design-led linkable assets

Extensive graphic design, including cost comparison visuals, made articles easier to cite and helped attract links that lifted domain authority.

The results

Within a year, sitewide monthly organic traffic rose 141% and blog traffic rose 363%, with blog traffic value up 182%. Links to the blog increased by more than 840% and conversions rose 380% year over year. Domain rating climbed 10 points, and featured articles now rank for hundreds of keywords, including terms that appear in AI Overviews.
