The client

Teambridge is an AI-native, composable workforce management platform for organisations with distributed, hourly and contingent workforces, including medical staffing and live-event venues.

The challenge

Teambridge's growth relied heavily on outbound outreach and conferences, and its message about composable software didn't always land with buyers used to rigid legacy systems. The site was mid-migration to Webflow, ranked for few keywords and drew little inbound traffic. A lean marketing team needed both strategy and hands-on support to build a scalable organic channel.

The solution

01Research-led growth roadmap

Omniscient reviewed sales calls and interviewed co-founders and customer-facing staff to capture the voice of the customer. The roadmap targeted high-buying-intent segments with solution, use-case and educational content.

02High-intent content production

Product pages, blog posts and a tentpole white paper on composable software were produced to Teambridge's standards and brand voice.

03Technical SEO through the Webflow migration

Site architecture, redirect mapping, schema markup, FAQs and internal linking preserved SEO equity at launch and improved visibility in search and LLMs.

04Conversion path optimisation

Conversion path analysis guided CTA placement, demo form improvements and softer email capture such as gated assets and inline offers.

The results

By the end of Q3 2025, top-20 rankings had grown 128% and monthly impressions 89%. Even as AI Overviews cut click-through rates, monthly search clicks rose 41% from high-intent visitors. Monthly organic conversions rose 385%, contributing $400K in qualified pipeline, and Teambridge's team now runs the program in-house.

“They focused on high-intent keywords, helping us rank for business-critical terms, and quickly built domain authority in a fragmented market of incumbents.”
