The client
Takedown Sportswear started as a wrestling academy in 2006 and grew into a full-scale maker of custom apparel for many sports. Its online store carries more than 2,000 SKUs.
The challenge
Traffic and brand partnerships were strong, but outdated navigation stopped shoppers moving through the funnel. The large catalogue was hard to browse. Weak cross-selling and product education meant customers rarely added complementary items.
The solution
01Data-led redesign
User data and on-site behaviour shaped a rebuilt experience with clear pathways and a streamlined route to checkout.
02Smarter cross-selling
Related-product prompts and 'complete your kit' options let shoppers add items without leaving the page.
03Navigation for a big catalogue
A refined mega menu and better navigation made 2,000+ SKUs easy to explore.

The results
Within six months of launch, conversion rate rose 50%. Add-to-cart rate climbed 38%, and the new AOV tactics helped drive an 82% lift in total sales.
